Matthew Ortega is a Staff Product Designer at Unity, specializing in design systems, with over 10 years of experience in the field. Previously, they served as a Lead XR Designer at Verizon Media, where they created designs and prototypes and maintained a multiplatform SDK and Design System. Matthew has also worked with various companies, including MRY, R/GA, and Google, contributing to significant projects across multiple industries. They hold a B.F.A. in Visual Arts from Rutgers University and are currently engaged in intensive study at New York University.
