Edilson Lopes is an experienced professional in the ICT and telecommunications sector, currently serving as a NOC Engineer for Unitel since 2016, focusing on monitoring and troubleshooting network performance for enterprise clients. Prior to this, Edilson held the position of Enterprise Account Manager, negotiating complex ICT solutions for major industries including Oil & Gas. Additional experience includes a role as a Developer and Microsoft Dynamic NAV Consultant at Arquiconsult, and as Back Office Manager at Imporafrica Soc Comercial Lda, managing internal sales processes. Edilson has a Master's degree in Management Consultancy and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kingston University, alongside several other computing qualifications.
