Racha Dabaja is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance Transformation at United Wholesale Mortgage since June 2021, following roles as Associate Director of IT Risk & Compliance and Internal Audit. Prior to this, Racha spent a decade at EY, progressing from Senior Consultant to Manager from January 2011 to June 2021. Racha's earlier experience includes a consulting role at Deloitte from August 2008 to January 2011. Racha holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering and Security from the American University of Sharjah.
