Jozef Kaduk has built a diverse career in finance, quality management, and IT security. From 1991 to 1992, they began as a researcher at VSZ Ocel, s.r.o., and later served as Deputy Director at VSZ Infoconsult, s.r.o. They have held multiple roles at United States Steel Corporation, including Director of Finance, Quality, IT Security, and RSD & NOC since 2025, and previously as Global Team Manager for Financial and Asset Management from 2008 to 2016. Jozef completed their education at Technical University Kosice with a degree in Nanotechnology and has furthered their expertise with various project management certifications.
