Sean M. Milligan, PMP, PMI-ACP, TS/SCI, possesses extensive experience in military operations and educational management. At the United States Air Force, Sean served as Assistant Provost and undergraduate faculty instructor, managing over 4,000 cadets and 800 faculty members while overseeing the delivery of 400 courses and 4 million instructional hours annually. As Business Unit Operations Manager, Sean directed operations for Alaska's F-35 fighter wing, managing 3,800 personnel and a $200 million budget. Additionally, as Aircraft Maintenance Manager, Sean led maintenance and supply chain efforts for six aircraft platforms, supervising up to 400 personnel. Currently, Sean works as a Senior Workforce Development Consultant and Operations Project Manager for the United States Space Force, focusing on workforce optimization and enterprise operations. Sean holds a degree from the University of Arkansas.
