Bingyan Liu is a licensed Civil Engineer and Project Manager, who graduated with dual master's degrees in Environmental Engineering and Civil Engineering. They began their career as a Civil Engineer with China Railway Group, contributing to significant infrastructure projects, including the Angola Social Housing Project and the Beijing Subway Line #4. Liu has served as a Signal Officer in the US Army, managing communication systems and enhancing Army readiness. Currently, they are a Civil Engineer/Project Manager with the United States Space Force, overseeing maintenance and construction projects for infrastructure facilities. Liu holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering from Lamar University.
