Allen Avery is a technology and cybersecurity leader with over 15 years of experience modernizing and securing systems for defense and enterprise customers. Currently a Microsoft Corporate Fellow, they were previously the Executive Officer and Chief Data Systems Engineer for the US Army, where they advocated for digital modernization and achieved significant cost savings. Holding a Master of Science in Cyber Security from Western Governors University, Allen has also held various leadership roles, including Division Chief, where they managed large teams and substantial budgets for communications and decision-support systems.
