Terence Ho is a dynamic and results-driven leader with over 25 years of experience as a senior military officer, specializing in leadership, strategy development, and talent management. They have adeptly led teams to execute complex operations, manage large-scale projects, and drive organizational success across various military domains. Terence has held key roles including Chairman of the Executive Committee for Singapore's National Day Parade 2023, overseeing a large-scale event with extensive logistical and operational challenges. Currently, they serve as Managing Director and Group Retail Head of Risk and Controls at UOB, while continuing to foster high-performance cultures and develop leaders at every level. Terence holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Defence Technology from the National University of Singapore and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
