Sivea Pascale is a Senior Marketing Executive currently serving as the Managing Director of Group Retail Marketing at UOB. With a rich history of driving transformational change across Asia, Sivea has successfully repositioned a Wealth Management business as a digital leader and launched the fully digital bank, “digibank,” in two markets. Previously, Sivea held key marketing leadership roles at notable organizations such as DBS Bank, Citibank, and PepsiCo. Sivea's expertise lies in digital transformation, strategic brand positioning, and change management, all fueled by a passion for results and leadership. Sivea is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business in Marketing at the University of Western Sydney.
