Radheshyam Darade has a diverse background in technical support and engineering, beginning with a role as a Support Analyst at SBT Research B2B in 2020. Subsequently, Radheshyam worked at Amazon as a Technical Support Analyst L2, providing Tier 2 support and collaborating with supervisors for issue escalation. From March to September 2021, Radheshyam served as a Technical Support Analyst at Allstate India, delivering customer feedback and troubleshooting technical issues. Following this, Radheshyam joined Barclays as an Infrastructure Operations Analyst and later as a Software Engineer, ensuring the operational effectiveness of ATM machines and supporting AS400 systems. In 2025, Radheshyam took on the role of Senior Analyst Programmer at UOB, contributing to over 90 banking applications while being on the payroll of R Systems. Radheshyam holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
