Jonathan So is a seasoned professional in global banking and non-bank financial institutions, currently serving as the Director of the Financial Institutions Group at UOB since 2023. Previously, they held the position of Director in the Global Financial Institutions Group at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and served as an Associate Director at Standard Chartered Bank, where they managed a diverse portfolio of financial institutions. Jonathan began their career at CIMB, progressing from a Management Trainee to an Associate Director, focusing on counterparty risk management and regional banking limits. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with First Class Honours from Monash University.
