Gene-Harn Lim has over thirteen years of experience in the sustainability sector, specializing in Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) and corporate sustainability. Currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at UOB, they are responsible for regional data disclosure and certifications across ASEAN. Gene-Harn's career includes roles as a Senior Sustainability Consultant and Project Consultant, where they contributed to green building initiatives and carbon management strategies. They hold a Master's degree in Sustainable Architecture from Universiti Malaya and two bachelor's degrees in Architecture from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
