Letta Jenkins

Vice President of Food Safety & Quality Assurance

Letta Jenkins, MPH, REHS/RS, currently serves as the Vice President of Food Safety & Quality Assurance at UNFI, having previously held the positions of Sr. Food Safety & QA Manager and Director of Food Safety within the company. Letta has extensive experience in food safety, having worked as a Regional Food Safety Specialist at Meijer and as a Safety/Food Safety Manager at SUPERVALU. Earlier in their career, Letta was a Laboratory & Research Specialist at Virginia Commonwealth University and served in Public Health Sanitation for Oakland County, Michigan. Letta is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Old Dominion University and a Master of Public Health in Environmental Science at Eastern Virginia Medical School.
