Kate Westerman has extensive experience in training, operations management, and compliance within various sectors. From May 1995 to March 2014, significant contributions were made at World Airways, serving as an Instructor, In-flight Service Manager, and Cabin Safety Supervisor, where over 3,000 hours of training were conducted for a large number of employees. Since 2022, Kate has been the Sr. Director L&D Operations at UNFI, managing training across multiple departments and locations in the U.S. and Canada. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Advocates for the West, Project Manager at WinCo Foods, and Senior Director of Operations Excellence at AmerisourceBergen, focusing on process improvements and compliance training. Additionally, Kate founded a custom design business and serves as an Operations Excellence and Training Consultant. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts from Flagler College.
