Becky Garza is an experienced educator and consultant with a diverse background in teaching and health wellness. Currently serving as a Classroom Teacher at UMOS, Inc. and a Teacher at Compass Connections, Garza specializes in ESL education. Previous roles include Special Education Teacher at Alice ISD, Education Facilitator at BCFS Health & Human Services, and Substitute Teacher at PSJA, along with experience as a Paraprofessional. In addition to teaching, Garza has worked as a consultant for Zeal For Life and Zurvita, Inc., focusing on functional foods and health wellness products. Educational qualifications include ongoing doctoral studies in Bilingual and Multilingual Education at Texas A&M University-Kingsville, a Master’s degree in Special Education from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, and a Bachelor's degree in Bilingual Education from the University of Texas at Brownsville.
