James Brady is currently the Managing Director and Chief Inspector at United Airlines, a position held since 2020. With extensive experience in quality control, they previously served as Manager and later Director of Quality Control at United Airlines from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, James worked at Continental Airlines and USAirways in various roles, including Program Manager of Quality Control and Production Supervisor. Their educational background includes an IATA Aviation Management Professional degree from Stanford University and an aviation degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
