Parvinder Kaur is a seasoned legal and secretarial professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Sr. Manager (Legal & Secretarial) at Unitech Limited since February 2020. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of a 'Resolution Plan' as directed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, monitoring Fixed Deposits cases, attending Board Meetings, and managing regulatory compliance applications. Previously, Parvinder served as a Young Professional (CSR) at the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, a Legal Research Assistant at BSK Legal, and a Practising Company Secretary.
