Leo Thompson CIWFM is currently the Group Estates Capital Delivery Manager at Unite Students, where they manage multiple sites across the North and Scotland. With a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol, Leo began their career as the founder and Director of Bagel Boy, which became a small chain of casual dining restaurants and won the Bristol Good Food Awards in 2014 and 2015. After serving as an Area Manager for Aldi Stores, Leo joined Unite Students in 2019, initially as an Estates Manager before progressing to Regional Estates Manager and then their current role. Leo is recognized for their ability to improve performance, drive results, and cultivate stakeholder relationships.
