Sunil Tembhe currently serves as the Country Supply Chain HRBP and Employee Relations Lead for Unilever’s Ice Cream Division, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this role, Sunil worked at Castrol from April 2018 to November 2025, where responsibilities included managing leadership transitions during plant modernization and implementing early-career hiring initiatives. Sunil's experience spans various HR leadership roles in companies such as Asian Paints, John Deere, and a brief entrepreneurial endeavor with a QSR Cafe startup. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Law from the National Law School of India University and a Master of Labour Studies from the Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma in Business Management.
