Shabber Husain Badshah currently serves as Vice President and Head of Personal Care Supply Chain at Unilever Indonesia, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Shabber spent nearly a decade at Hindustan Unilever Limited, where responsibilities included heading Supply Chain for Personal Care and leading planning, innovation, and technology for Skin Cleansing and Deos Business, among others. Professional experience also includes a tenure at Accenture as an Engagement Manager and Consultant, as well as earlier roles at Unilever in supply chain and product development. Shabber holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University). Early education was completed at St. Mary's Convent School.
