Jason Harcup is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development within the cosmetics and personal care sectors, currently serving as Chief R&D Officer and Global Vice President for the Prestige Division at Unilever since August 1999. Harcup's leadership spans various roles, including overseeing R&D for multiple global brands, managing new business creation across numerous regions, and directing the North American R&D campus. With a robust educational background including degrees from the University of Cambridge and the University of Leeds, along with a research fellowship at the University of Michigan, Harcup has contributed significantly to advancements in R&D processes and innovation in the industry. Additionally, Harcup has played a vital role in promoting equity within the industry while co-chairing a working group on race equality at the Royal Society of Chemistry.
