Michaela Palanova is currently the Director of Product Design at UNiDAYS, where they focus on crafting user-centered designs that address real problems and drive business success. Previously, they held significant roles such as Lead Product Designer at ESL FACEIT Group and Head of Product Design at VAHA, leading teams to enhance user experiences across various platforms. Michaela's background includes working with well-known clients at Sprung Studios and Sky, as well as contributing to prominent projects at DAZN, where they helped develop the highest grossing sports apps globally. They hold a BSc (Hons) in Multimedia Development from The Robert Gordon University and a Master of Science in User Experience Design from the University of Brighton.
