Roman Shakhmatenko is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in various governmental and legal roles within Ukraine. Notable positions include serving as a Consultant in the Verhovna Rada of Ukraine and as Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection of Ukraine, focusing on environmental impact assessments and controls from July 2020 to May 2022.
