Derek Chell is currently the Sr. Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Under Armour, with a robust background in financial leadership and process improvement. They have previously held various financial planning roles within Under Armour, advancing from Senior Manager to Director and eventually to Senior Director. Derek's earlier experience includes positions at Northrop Grumman, where they focused on operations and financial planning, as well as internships that provided foundational insights into the consulting industry. They earned an MBA in Accounting from Loyola College in Maryland and a Bachelor's degree from Salisbury University.
