Angie Machetta serves as the Sr. Director of Operations and Advancement Services at the UMKC Foundation, where they lead various departments, including Advancement Services and Human Resources, while focusing on operational efficiency and fundraising success. Previously, they held roles at KVC Health Systems, Kansas City University, and Caring Transitions of West Kansas City, where they managed donor relations, operational budgets, and HR strategies. Angie has also contributed to enhancing organizational processes and technology integration to improve data governance and donor engagement. Currently, Angie is pursuing an Executive MBA while studying business management at the University of Central Arkansas.
