Richard Douglas is a Senior Corporate Development Professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for MaxCyte, Inc. and Novavax, Douglas also chairs the National Advisory Board at the University of Michigan - Technology Transfer. Additionally, they hold the position of Chairman at Aldeyra Therapeutics and serve as an Advisor at Red Sky Partners, LLC. Douglas's past role as SVP of Corporate Development at Genzyme spanned nearly three decades, from 1982 to 2011. They have been the Executive Director of Labyrinth Choir since 2011.
