Paul D. Underberg is the General Counsel at Ultralife Corporation, a role held since June 2013, following their position as Deputy General Counsel from May 2012. Prior to Ultralife, they served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Pictometry International Corp. from 2007 to 2011 and held the title of Senior Director of Legal Affairs at Genencor International, Inc. from 1994 to 2007. Paul began their legal career in the Business and Finance Department at Morgan, Lewis and Bockius from 1985 to 1989. They earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University.
