Rohit Jacob has held various executive roles in real estate, sourcing, and operations throughout their career. They served as the Global Head of Real Estate and Facilities at UL Solutions since 2023, overseeing management for over 150 locations in 35 countries. Previously, Rohit was the DVP of Real Estate and Supply Chain at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. from 2018 to 2019, and led real estate functions for Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores from 2013 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Rohit was the CEO of Padinjarekara Rubber and Plastics (P) Ltd. from 2000 to 2007, where they successfully turned around the underperforming firm.
