Michael Schmadl, MBA, SHRM-CP, serves as the Senior Director of Managed Services at UKG since January 2024, following a series of roles within the company, including Director of Managed Services Implementation Management and Implementation Manager. With extensive experience in managing services and implementations, Michael has also held various leadership positions at ADP, where responsibilities included directing implementation activities across multiple markets and leading teams. Michael's career began in the Army National Guard, where a foundational experience as Sergeant E5 was gained. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Sam Houston State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Business Minor from Texas A&M University.
