Leila Gilbert is currently the Senior Director of Product Management at UKG, where they lead initiatives in the field. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Product Management for Workforce Dimensions HCM at Kronos Incorporated from 2018 to 2021, and as Practice Director at Kronos from 2013 to 2018. Leila also held the position of Team Leader for Retail Scheduling Systems at Hannaford Bros. Co. from 2008 to 2012 and began their career at Kronos as a Client Relationship Manager. Leila is pursuing a degree at the University of Maine at Augusta.
