Jackie Blanchard is the Chief Nurse Executive at UKG, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, Jackie served as Vice President of Nursing Excellence and Infection Prevention at HCA Healthcare from 2022 to 2025, where they collaborated with leaders to enhance nursing practice and advance infection prevention. Jackie has extensive experience in nursing leadership, including roles as Director of Infection Prevention at Atlantic Health System and Nurse Epidemiologist at Saint Clare's Health System. Jackie earned a Master of Science in Nursing as a Clinical Nurse Specialist from UMDNJ-Rutgers University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The College of New Jersey.
