Paul Leonard is a Non-Executive Chair of the UK Finance NI, with over 40 years of experience in banking, professional accountancy, venture capital, and corporate finance across Belfast, Dublin, and London. They obtained a B.Sc. from Queen's University Belfast in 1982 and later earned an M.Sc. in Executive Leadership in 2001. Leonard has served in various leadership roles, including as Chief Credit Officer at Bank of Ireland and Chief Executive of Viridian Growth Fund LP, while currently being involved with Whiterock Finance and as a Non-Executive Director at Progressive Building Society and Choice Housing Ireland Ltd. Known for their strong strategic and financial evaluation skills, Leonard has established a robust network in Northern Ireland's banking and business community.
