Currently serving as Head of Professional Services Delivery at UiPath and Co-Founder of TINA-conseil, Rafik has previously held leadership roles at Amadeus, CGI, KPMG, and engIT, focusing on project management, architecture, and operational transformation. With a robust background in telecom infrastructure and IT service management, Rafik is also an accredited trainer and fluent in English, French, and Arabic, and has lived and worked across North America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
