Kelly Pomer, CPA, is the Chief of Staff to the CAO/Deputy CFO at UiPath, where they currently work. With five years of auditing and accounting experience, Kelly has provided client service for SEC-listed public and private clients, particularly in technology, media, and telecommunications. Previously, Kelly held positions at Deloitte as an Audit Manager and at Celonis as Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting. Kelly earned a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Fordham University - Gabelli School of Business.
