Joe Ochipinti has over two decades of experience in the healthcare and banking industries, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer for UnitedHealthcare’s Employer & Individual business in the Mid Atlantic region since April 2003. Ochipinti has held several leadership positions within UnitedHealth Group, including CEO for the Gulf States, Regional Chief Growth Officer for the Southeast Region, and Vice President roles focused on sales, account management, and product development. Prior to UnitedHealth Group, Ochipinti was the Director of Information Technology & Projects at CIBC, where significant contributions included launching the Internet Banking Program in the U.S. and partnerships with major grocery chains. Ochipinti holds a Master's Degree from Webster University and a Bachelor's Degree from La Salle University.
