JayaSree NS is currently a Senior Principal Engineer and Director of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) at UnitedHealth Group, where they lead efforts to enhance reliability and scalability in cloud operations. Previously, JayaSree served as a Principal Engineer and Senior IT Operating Systems Consultant within the same organization, specializing in automation, DevOps, and middleware support. Their extensive experience includes defining strategic roadmaps, managing complex infrastructures, and optimizing cloud technologies across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.
