With a diverse background that includes roles such as VP Technology at Optum and CISO/CIO at Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Frank has developed expertise in cyber defense, data strategy, and IT architecture. Frank's extensive experience in the Army National Guard as Chief Warrant Officer 3 in Cyber Defense further showcases a commitment to national security and information assurance. Frank is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Security Management from the SANS Technology Institute.
