Dave Goetz is a retired professional with a diverse background in leadership and public service. They served as President of the Tennessee Business Roundtable from 1990 to 1996 and the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 1996 to 2003. Additionally, Goetz held the position of Commissioner of Finance and Administration for the State of Tennessee from 2003 to 2010 and President of the Citizens TennCare Review Commission from 1995 to 1998. Currently, they work as the VP for Government Solutions at Optum since 2010. Goetz earned a BA in Sociology from the University of Virginia between 1970 and 1977.
