Chaminda Dharmatilake is currently the Director of Software Engineering at UnitedHealth Group, bringing over 12 years of systems engineering experience, particularly in designing and maintaining critical infrastructure solutions. They have over three years of leadership experience in managing tech operations teams and possess extensive knowledge of Unix/Linux platforms, automation, and AWS. Prior to their current role, Chaminda held positions at Virtusa, where they served as a Senior Software Architect and Software Architect. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
