Florence Weber is an experienced professional in event workforce management and administration, currently serving as an Event Workforce Specialist at UEFA since March 2018, where previous roles included Event Workforce Coordinator and Event Workforce Assistant. Prior to UEFA, Florence managed projects as a Creator & Manager at faistavalise.ch from August 2013 to January 2019 and worked as a Project Assistant for the Sino-Swiss Tourism Year at the Embassy of Switzerland in China in 2017. Florence has also held positions in HR and logistics coordination at the Montreux Jazz Festival and served as an Administrative Officer at ESL Séjours Linguistiques. Additionally, a brief role as a Press Officer at PlanetSolar SA complemented Florence's diverse experience. Florence holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism from HES-SO Valais Wallis and has educational credentials in philosophy and psychology from Gymnase de Burier, along with language training from EasyMandarin.
