Simon Wong is a Customer Success and Growth Leader with over 20 years of client servicing experience in the APAC region. Initially working in the digital agency sector, they transitioned to Customer Success in 2012. Simon previously held multiple leadership roles, including Director of JAPAC Customer Success at HubSpot from 2016 to 2021, and now serves as the Regional Vice President for APAC at Udacity. Simon has a strong commitment to building customer-centric teams and coaching future leaders. They earned a Bachelor of Design in Graphic Design from the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Washington.
