Alyson Crawford is an executive leader with over 15 years of experience in culinary and environmental services, currently serving as the Senior Director at Morrison Healthcare since 2025. Previously, Alyson held multiple roles at HHS, LLC, including Regional Vice President, and was a Managing Partner at Chili’s from 2005 to 2019. In addition to operational excellence, Alyson is a DEI advocate and coach, emphasizing a people-first approach in leadership. Currently, Alyson also works as a Creator and Consultant at ARC consulting/Proudcast.online, dedicated to fostering inclusive workplaces and mentoring emerging leaders.
