Dave Tkachuck, MBA, MHA, MSPT, FACHE, currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth since January 2025. Prior to this role, Tkachuck was the Chief Operating Officer at AdventHealth from March 2020 to December 2022. Tkachuck's experience also includes serving as an Operations Executive at Adventist Health from 2014 to 2019, where responsibilities included enhancing operational effectiveness and financial performance in key ancillary departments. Tkachuck initiated meaningful projects during an Administrative Resident role, such as expanding NICU services and developing pro formas for service optimization. Additionally, in previous positions as Administrative Director, Tkachuck achieved significant regulatory compliance and led initiatives for growth in home care services and inpatient medical practices. Education was obtained from the University of Washington.
