Michele Thai is a professional Barista Trainer currently working at UCC Coffee Australia& New Zealand. With a strong background in the hospitality industry, Michele previously held various roles such as Post Call Support and Global Senior Reservations Consultant at Scenic - Luxury Cruises & Tours. Michele has also worked as a Barista at various locations including Tempress NZ, Freelance gigs, and Gingham Heart Cafe. Michele's expertise in the field led to opportunities as a Guest Lecturer at Auckland University of Technology, where Michele conducted specialty coffee workshops for students.
