Nicolas Rachinel is an experienced professional in immunology and biotechnology, currently serving as the Search Evaluation Immunology Lead at UCB since October 2022. Previously, Rachinel held positions including Senior Technology Scouting Officer at FIND, Head of External Early Stage Opportunities at Galderma, and R&D Licensing Manager at Virbac, where responsibilities included identifying and managing opportunities, conducting commercial assessments, and developing strategic partnerships. Rachinel's extensive background includes scientific roles at Merial and Hospices de Lyon, as well as research experience at prestigious institutions such as the Institut Pasteur and Dartmouth College. Rachinel holds a PhD in Immunology and Microbiology from Université de Tours, an MBA in Management of Technology from EPFL, and multiple degrees in biochemistry and immunology from Paris-Sud University and Université Paris Cité.
