With a strong background in pharmaceuticals, Nicolas has held roles at GSK and UCB, including Manager of freeze drying equipment and Director of Manufacturing Processes Engineering Lead. They possess extensive knowledge in pharmaceutical technology, operational excellence, and change control, holding a Master’s degree in Management of Innovation from Faculté Polytechnique de Mons. Over the years, Nicolas has been instrumental in overseeing manufacturing facilities and ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness in production processes.
