Jiri Keirsse is currently the Head of Innovation Strategy & Public Private Partnerships at UCB, where they lead initiatives at the intersection of innovation and collaboration. Previously, they served as the Innovation Strategy & Transformation Lead at UCB and worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2018 to 2021. Jiri earned a Master of Science in Bioengineering (Medical Biotechnology) and completed a PhD at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, where they were a student from 2012 to 2017.
