Suman Das, MBA, is an experienced Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach and Program Manager with nearly two decades in client-facing consulting and delivery roles. Currently serving as the Enterprise Agile Coach and APAC Agile Coach Chapter Lead for UBS, Suman contributes to major organizational transformations by implementing Agile methodologies and engaging senior stakeholders. Previously, Suman worked at Infosys, where they led large-scale Agile transformations and enhanced team performance across multiple high-stakes projects. Suman holds an Executive MBA from IIT Bombay and Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, and has a B.Tech in Information Technology from Haldia Institute of Technology.
