Steve Fors is a Product Owner and UX Design Director with over 20 years of experience in designing effective user experiences, particularly in the financial services and healthcare industries. They have served as a UX consultant, researching disruptive technology and innovation, and have been granted 18 US patents. Previously, they built and led the User Experience competency at Moven, and as Principal Experience Architect at E*TRADE, they managed the interactive design team and led the design of innovative trading platforms. At GE Healthcare, they spearheaded the UX practice and developed a Master’s-level usability engineering curriculum for advanced software engineers. Steve holds a Master of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a BA from Grinnell College.
