Michael Gustav Helfenberger currently serves as Managing Director, Chief of Staff, and Chief Admin & Controls Officer for Latin America and Brazil at UBS since October 2023. In addition, Michael has been a Delegate to the Council of the Swiss Abroad with Auslandschweizer-Organisation since August 2021. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich HWZ (2008-2013) and obtained a dual MBA-MAM with high honors from Yale School of Management and IE Business School (2014-2016). Additionally, Michael completed the High Potentials Leadership Program at Harvard Business School in 2016 and participated in vocational training at KV Wirtschaftsschule Winterthur.
